“Wasif and I have worked together for several years. He helped build the Unmanned Life business especially by leading the implementation of agile, scrum and Jira in the organisation and subsequently leading the agile delivery of our Lean portfolio. I worked alongside Wasif on several projects and have been consistently impressed with his ability to understand and apply the values and principles of agile and scrum to any initiative. He has deep knowledge and experience of the scrum framework and is able to efficiently an d optimally adapt and apply it to address problems, create innovative solutions and ultimately unlock and release value. Wasif is a fantastic Agile leader and expert. I recommend him unreservedly.”

Kim Clement, CTO at Unmanned Life

Not only is Wasif extremely knowledgeable in SAFe and agile, but he brings a lot of practical business, strategy, data and leadership experience to the table as well. I’ve had the opportunity to learn from a lot of instructors through my many years of education; Wasif is hands-down one of the best at teaching that I’ve encountered. His ability to communicate complex topics and make them easy to understand is among the best I’ve seen. While he’s obviously quite skilled in this arena, it is also obvious that he comes pre pared and does the work ahead of time to help his students learn. If you have the chance to learn or work with Wasif in any capacity, then I’d highly recommend taking that opportunity.

Doug Rahden, Data Science Senior Lead at Booz Allen Hamilton

I have worked closely with Wasif on a number of occasions, and each time his delivery has been excellent. He has demonstrated the extremely high aptitude for a variety of tasks, and has a proven ability to build strong working relationships with colleagues and clients alike. He has also shown himself to be both adaptable and resilient, often within very short timeframes developing impressive understanding of a specific sectors as well as individual clients. Overall, in my opinion Wasif has made excellent contributions to each project I’ve had the pleasure to work alongside him on. I would recommend him to anyone.

Chris Archibald, Programme Director & Transformation Expert at Vodafone Business

Wasif and I, worked on the design, implementation and roll out of a SAP CRM solution. Wasif was the Project Manager, who worked very hard to make the project a success. He was central to the success of the team, directly taking responsibility for the development of the CBT solution and supporting final test, and user training. Wasif was more than consultant, he directly contributed to the success of the project, working above and beyond that normally expected to ensure the project was a success. I would not hesitate to make Wasif one of my team members in the future.

Nick Martin, Director and Cyber Security Consultant at Nix Computing Ltd.

Really enjoyed Wasif’s 2-day “Leading SAFe” course. it had a good balance of lecture, activities, visuals, and media. Wasif is a dynamic and engaging facilitator who kept my attention throughout the course and truly prepared us for the certification exam.

Rebekah Wilks, Director of Agile and Program Management Office at TQL

I have had the pleasure of working with Wasif over the past two years and I have found him to be an excellent conceptual thinker who is analytically very strong. On a number of occasions Wasif has used these abilities to conduct very effective strategy analysis breaking down problems, identifying causes and proposing optimal strategic recommendations. I have also found him to be an excellent team player, a reliable individual who is an eloquent communicator and am happy to recommend him.

Mansoor-ur Rehman, Global COO, Technology & Operations Risk and Controls at Deutsche Bank

Wasif, instructor for the SAFe Scrum Master course, was outstanding! He provided excellent learning and practical experience for anyone new to SAFe or looking to improve their understanding and implementation of SAFe. Wasif had exceptionally engaging, funny, and professional presentation skills and thoroughly answered any questions. I definitely felt prepared for the exam and facilitating development through the SAFe Scrum framework. I highly recommend his course.

Highly knowledgeable and experienced in this expertise. Well done!

Sarah Escosa, Principal Project Manager at Genetech

The Company has benefitted greatly from Wasif’s knowledge, skills and experience. He has used these to great effect in helping us secure our very first investment from the European Super Angels Club which influenced the securing of further downstream seed investment (totalling £2m), contributed to building the Company’s operating plan with the board, initial commercial and pricing model, scaled the number of employees threefold, oversaw the delivery of a £2m+ projects portfolio and implemented SCRUM and Jira for improved portfolio delivery and software development. While Wasif’s professional acumen was immensely valuable, he was also a wonderful team player. Optimistic, engaging and easy to get along with, Wasif was a true joy to have by my side and fostered positive relationships with me, my management team and throughout the company.

Nicholas Zylberglajt, CEO, Unmanned Life

Wasif is fluent in SAFe agile processes and able to teach the concepts efficiently and with a personable demeanour. A differentiator for him is his skill as a moderator; the way he keeps things moving forward while making it seem like a naturally evolving conversation.
