About Ahmed Farrag

Ahmed Farrag is the Applications Transformation Champion at Tech&Touch, where he leads the firm’s application transformation service line across OneStream EPM, Kyriba Treasury, and Odoo Applications. With more than 14 years of hands-on experience designing and delivering enterprise performance management (EPM) and financial transformation solutions, Ahmed plays a pivotal role in shaping how governments and private sector organizations harness technology to drive financial agility, efficiency, and innovation.

Ahmed’s career spans leadership roles in both government and consulting. Before joining Tech&Touch, he managed and enhanced Oracle Hyperion and EPBCS systems for government clients in Abu Dhabi, and served as a senior EPM specialist at the Dubai Department of Finance, where he designed new planning and budgeting models, developed performance-based budgeting frameworks, and trained finance professionals across government entities. He has also implemented advanced fiscal planning reforms for the Government of Dubai, supporting a nationwide transition toward performance-based budgeting (PBB) and smarter public finance practices.

In addition to his public sector work, Ahmed has deep experience supporting banks and enterprises across Egypt, Saudi Arabia, and the UAE with cutting-edge EPM and ERP solutions. His technical and advisory expertise includes budgeting, forecasting, statistical and financial reporting, performance management, and analytics dashboards, with certifications in Oracle Hyperion Planning, SAFe DevOps, and ITIL.

At Tech&Touch, Ahmed is not only responsible for leading service delivery but also for building the Applications Transformation business line as a growth engine. His mandate covers business development, solution design, delivery management, and forging partnerships with leading technology providers. By combining his technical mastery with entrepreneurial leadership, he helps Tech&Touch clients leverage platforms like OneStream, Kyriba, and Odoo to achieve finance transformation at scale—integrating AI, RPA, and analytics into solutions that deliver measurable impact.

Ahmed holds an MBA in Information Systems from the Victorian Institute of Technology, Australia, and a B.Sc. in Management Information Systems from the University of Alexandria. His career reflects a unique blend of deep domain expertise, bold leadership, and customer-centric innovation, making him a driving force in Tech&Touch’s mission to deliver premium transformation services for governments and enterprises across the GCC and beyond.
