Project Manager (Agile / Hybrid)

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-oriented Project Manager to join our Project & Program Delivery team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the execution of complex projects and delivering measurable outcomes for our clients. You will be instrumental in leading cross-functional teams, managing project timelines and budgets, and ensuring that all project objectives are met on time and within scope. This role requires a strong leader with exceptional communication skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a deep understanding of project management principles.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including:

• Leading end-to-end project lifecycle management, from planning and initiation to execution, monitoring, and closing.
• Developing comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
• Managing project risks and issues, and implementing mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• Fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment, and providing guidance and support to team members.
• Communicating project status, key milestones, and risks to stakeholders and senior management.
• Ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions that meet or exceed client expectations.
