About Dr. Mohamed El-Maghraby

Dr. Mohamed El-Maghraby is a distinguished consultant and expert in government institutional development, public investment management, strategic planning, and sustainable development, with more than 20 years of experience collaborating with international, governmental, and non-governmental organizations. He currently serves as the National Strategies Governance Consultant at the Information and Decision Support Center (IDSC), Egyptian Cabinet, where he advises on national strategic initiatives and governance frameworks.

Dr. El-Maghraby is an Academic Staff Member of the at the Institute of National Planning and holds a PhD in Educational Administration from Ain Shams University, Egypt, as well as a Master’s degree in Management and Strategic Planning from the International Institute for Educational Planning (IIEP), Paris, France. He also holds several postgraduate diplomas from the Faculty of Economics and Political Science, Cairo University.

Throughout his career, Dr. El-Maghraby has participated in and led numerous capacity building programs, conferences, research projects, policy reports, and strategic planning exercises at both national and sectorial levels. His work has involved collaboration with ministries such as Planning and Economic Development, Justice, Higher Education and Scientific Research, Social Solidarity, Youth and Sports, the National Authority for Quality Assurance and Accreditation of Education, and the Secretariat of the National Defence Council, among others.

He is a scientific council member of the Egyptian Sports Council, a member of the Governorates Committee at the National Council for Women, as well as a lecturer for the joint international master’s program in International Education Management, in partnership with Helwan University and Ludwigsburg University, Germany. In addition, Dr. El-Maghraby is a certified professional trainer by the International Board of Certified Trainers (IBCT).
